Email regarding possible actors and dancers.

I sent an email to the schools head of performing arts regarding whether there was any chance that i could have a list of dance and drama students that i would be able to use in our music video.

At first after a week of asking I had to send this following email to remind the teacher of our agreement.
The following email is whaty i had sent.

i know you are busy but could i ask for that list soon please as we are almost at a deadend of things we have to do before filming and of course without actors we cannot film.
